I always try to include more veggies & fruits to my diet. I believe it will help me to stay beautiful, happy & hydrated. I also make smoothies out of veggies & fruits  (without adding sugar).

Usually I start my day with green smoothie. I believe this is the best portion I included in my daily diet.

How to make Green Smoothie?

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Tomato
  • Small Bunch of spinach
  • Small Bunch of mint leaves
  • Small  Bunch of Coriander Leaves
  • Half thumb size ginger
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • Lemon Juice from big Lemon

Blend all the ingredients in blender until it became  smooth & my breakfast is ready.

I usually pack Fruits & veggies to my office. My today’s portion includes Cucumber,Carrots, Celery, Guava & Pear. These are my mid-day snacks.

By evening when I reached from office I had pumpkin juice. I really like the exotic smell of pumkins. The juice was really sweet and satisfying. Health benefits of pumpkin:
