Chia Pudding Recipe

1/2 cup soaked chia seeds
100 ml coconut milk
2-3 tbsp honey (adjust amt. depending on preferred sweetness)
1 mango
5-10 cashew nut

Soak chia seeds in coconut milk.
Add honey depending on preferred sweetness
Let the chia seeds soak overnight in the refrigerator
In the morning, cut the mango, place them on top of the pudding and drizzle with 1 tbsp honey.
